CHAD

C.C.T (The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation through the Shippers’ Council of Chad) is the governmental authority of Chad and is the Shippers’ Council responsible for inspecting maritime exports to the country. Obtaining an ECTN certificate has become mandatory for all maritime exports to Chad, in accordance with the law numbered 145/MTAC/SG/2013, which was enacted on January 18, 2013.
