WHAT IS A SHIPMENT CERTIFICATE?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

African shipment documents (ARCCLA, BESC, BIETC, BSC, ECTN, ENS, FERI) are electronic certificates that must be provided for shipments to this region. Exporters or forwarding agents can obtain the relevant certificates by contacting the agency in their country which is authorized to issue these certificates.<\/p>\n

All the abbreviations represent Cargo Tracking Certificates. Names and abbreviations can differ from country to country.<\/p>\n

These documents are required to be issued and are secured by the laws of the relevant countries. If the certificate is not provided, the buyer cannot clear the goods from the port. It is possible to clear the goods from the port only after the fines determined by the country in question are paid, in addition to the certificate fee.<\/p>\n

HOW DOES THE PROCESS CONTINUE?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Applications are made by sending various export documents, such as; bill of lading, commercial invoice, export declaration form, and certificate of origin via e-mail. After the draft certificate is prepared, it is submitted to your approval. Then, after the compilation of the approval process on the system, you can share the original document with your importer via e-mail.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
