It has become mandatory to obtain the CTN certificate for all exports to Senegal, according to the decree taken by Conseil Sénéglaise des Chargeurs (COSEC) on May 26, 2015 and the law no. 04350, which was decreed by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Senegal.
