THE IVORY COAST

The BSC certificate requirement for The Ivory Coast is came into effect with the law numbered 2001-669 and published on October 24, 2001. Thanks to the BSC certificate, the government is controlling the flow of goods entering the country. According to this law, for all cargoes to be discharged at the Ivory Coast ports, a BSC certificate must be obtained.
